Users must provide accurate information when requesting quotes for machinery, chemicals, or production. YUKI-TEX reserves the right to refuse service to any entity that violates international apparel compliance standards.

4. Limitation of Liability

YUKI-TEX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of traded machinery or chemical supplies once they have passed technical inspection at the time of delivery.
