Cancellations for training programs and orders must be made 7 days prior to the start date or delivery date for a full refund. Mid-program cancellations are non-refundable.
As apparel production is custom-made to specifications, cancellations cannot be accepted once the fabric cutting process has begun.
Refunds for machinery are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects as per the warranty terms. Industrial chemicals/dyes are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
